Strategy in Digital Marketing
The one word I really hate is "strategy." in Digital Marketing This is the most frequently used word in English, and there is interference. I think many people have misunderstood its meaning and usage.
Therefore, after 16 years of business experience and meeting with various strategic consultants and marketing experts, we have combined everything we have learned and obtained the best strategy so far from customer feedback.
Therefore, the final marketing strategy is:
WHO-truly understand who our target audience is and know them better than themselves. What-what are you really selling them?
What value do you bring to your target audience? What kind of emotional connection do you need to establish? And it has no functions and benefits.
Where are they – where are they?
What is the customer journey like? What are the 27 possible touch points you will have? In keeping with the points above, you need to continuously demonstrate value at every touchpoint. What does your website need to do? What do I need to do for the first phone call? Truly define what the journey is and what you are doing in each step.
Today-where are you today? This is why your analysis (tracking and reporting) is so important because it can tell you exactly how it works, what does not work, what do you need to solve, and what are the poor results?
Tomorrow – Obviously tomorrow or what we are talking about is your Mount Everest. where are we going? In 3, 5, 10 years, what is the Mount Everest we want to pursue?
Analysis – What tracking and reporting do we need to make sure we know if we are on the right track? How do we know if we are on the right path and whether we need to shift the path?
Resources-what resources are there? Time, money, energy, and most importantly, people. In addition to paying Google/Facebook, marketing is also about people doing well.
Management framework-how will we manage these channels? What are the daily, weekly, monthly, monthly and yearly frameworks that you need to continuously develop and improve?
Plan-then integrate everything into one attack plan. We like the 90-day attack plan. Any longer time is too long, like saying "a good plan will come out as soon as the fight starts." It worked well for 90 days. It provides you with the direction and compass you need, but allows you to make changes and cuts.
